Events, Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for an Events, Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our small but dedicated team.  Previous experience of a similar position is required, but more importantly we are looking for people who will share our vision and values and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to both our Club Membership, and our outside guests. 

You will:

  • Be responsible for the running of events held at the Club, both for members and for private functions. These can range from intimate dinner parties to weddings, birthdays to Christmas parties. No two events will be the same.
  • Maintain the training and ongoing development of the wait/bar staff to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Manage lunchtime food service as well as assist with bar service and any other general duties set out by the Front of House Manager.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Club Membership. Our members are the life and soul of The Club, and in this position, you will be the face of the establishment

Candidates should have:

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry at a supervisor or team leader level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership ability
  • An eye for detail
  • A proactive and positive attitude to work
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Personal license holder preferred
  • Prior experience with Hotel or Silver service ideal, although not a requirement

Starting salary up to £18500 (dependent on experience)

Trainee or Junior Chef
