The Events Team

The people who deliver our events are part of either the front of house team; led by Front of House Manager Sarah Kosti, Duty Manager Nelson Joiner Velasco, or the kitchen brigade led by Head Chef Gary Cook, working with Kelly Wall and Jon Williams.

Both teams are highly experienced and dedicated to providing our members, guests and clients with the best possible service.  If your event is anything other than straightforward, the Duty Manager will discuss your requirements with you in advance.  In any case, please let them know if there is anything that we can do to give you the best experience.  The kitchen staff is skilled at producing meals to suit any dietary requirements or food preferences; just let them know what you require.
